New Project - Grade II Listed historic shopfront reinstatement

The project is part of the Gainsborough Townscape Heritage Initiative, which is a scheme working to improve the historic heart of the town. It is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and the Levelling Up Fund.

In addition to the new shopfront, the work will also include the careful reinstament and repair of the whole building facade, with specific attention paid to original features such as the cast iron guttering.

Our appointment is for full architectural services. On this project that will include securing external grant funding, surveying the building, preparing a Listed Building Consent application, tendering the project to find the most suitable craftsmen and supervising the work on site.
