We are delighted to have been appointed to reinstate the traditional shopfront of the former ‘Tiger Inn’ in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.
The building is Grade II Listed and is located in the town centre Conservation Area.

Awarded best purpose built accommodation in the East Midlands at the recent LABC Awards 2024, the building is zero carbon and surpasses all current and future planned energy standards.

Before founding the practice, Craig worked with Allan Joyce Architects in Nottingham. For this building he was the Project Architect throughout the construction stage - leading a team of consultants - and the Contract Administrator, inspecting the building work, managing contracts and certifying payments.

Craig is delighted to have joined the University of Nottingham as an Assistant Professor in architecture.

The school of architecture at Nottingham is one if the most highly regarded in the UK. It is multidisciplinary with Architects training alongside Engineers.
Craig’s appointment is a reflection of his abilities and experience as an Architect.

This award is the most prestigious in the UK for architecture and with Craig having worked with previous winners, he has a keen interest in the shortlisted and winning projects each year.

Last night saw the award go to the new Elizabeth Line in London - a remarkable collaboration between architects and engineers.

Our personal favourite from the 6 shortlisted projects was Wraxall Yard by Clementine Blakemore Architects.

We were recently discussing a potential extension to a traditional home with the owners; a husband and wife with different tastes when it comes to design.

We are delighted to have been appointed by Walesby Forest to sustainably retrofit and refurbish an existing building to provide new facilities for young people.

Opening this Friday 14th June is the Sheffield University School of Architecture Summer Show where Craig has been involved with teaching.

Opening this Friday 6th June at 6pm is the Lincoln School of Design and Built Environment end of year show at the University of Lincoln.

Craig has been featured in Lincolnshire Life magazine.

For the practice’s first commercial project, we will be working with the owners of a substantial 17 acre estate which includes Heritage Assets and Listed Buildings.

Delighted to be included in the spring edition of the Little Book of Small Businesses, Lincolnshire.

The practice has recently been appointed to work with a couple to improve their 4 bedroom home in Market Rasen, Lincolnshire.

Craig has been invited as a Visiting Specialist to Sheffield School of Architecture.
